Comprehensive eye exam: $65

Comprehensive eye exam with contact lens evaluation/fit: $90
Includes all services stated above. See below for additional fees
for complex fitting/refit and new fitting.
Additional Fees for Contacts
Complex fitting/refit: $20
Fee for more complicated fits usually requiring additional follow up
appointments. This includes fitting toric lenses (astigmatism
correcting), bifocal contacts and conversion from RGP to Soft
Contacts.
New Fitting: $15
Fee for first time contact lens wearers. This fee includes a
training session on insertion, removal and care of contacts. This is
required for all new contact lens wearers before trial contacts can
be dispensed.
Other Fees
Office visit: $40
Evaluation and treatment for ocular injuries or disease. This fee
includes dilation. Certain problems may require multiple office
visits. Fees apply only to the day service is provided. This fee is
usually billable to medical insurance.
Threshold Visual Field: $80
Specialized test used for the detection and mapping of peripheral
vision problems. Most often performed for the evaluation and
management of glaucoma or glaucoma suspects. This procedure is
usually billable to medical insurance.
Pre-Op LASIK evaluation: $100 - $125
Includes comprehensive eye exam, an additional cycloplegic
refraction (2nd refraction after dilation), additional follow-up and
refractions following discontinuation of contact lenses. Post-op
visits (usually 3-4 at a minimum) are charged as office visits.
Post-Op Cataract Surgery: $150
Includes 1day, 1 week, 1 month and 3 month follow up visits. A
post-op refraction will usually be performed at 1 month if the eyes
are stable. Any additional visits needed in the 90 days following
the surgery are covered under this fee.
